The SICAST plant is equipped with state of the art machinery, managed and operated by experienced professionals who have played key roles in the setup and operations of renowned steel foundries in Europe, The Middle East and India.
Our production can seamlessly scale up to 1,350 tons of castings per month, between flaskless molding, flask moldings, and high-precision 3D printing. This is made possible by a combination of machinery, engineering software and agile management across the board, from commercial agreements, to planning, to operations.
Foundry Capacity
- 1,350 tons of castings per month operating at two shifts per day
- Flaskless Molding – 1,000 Tons per month from 50 to 1,200kg cast weight
- Flask Molding – 300 tons per month from 600 to 10,000kg cast weight
